Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tip Bucket Pro mobile application ("the App") operated by BRAND ERP, LLC d/b/a aka0 Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Tip Bucket Pro is a free mobile application that allows users to track tips, earnings, and related information. The App is provided free of charge, with no advertisements and no paywalls.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Voluntary Donations (Tip Jar)

The App includes an optional "Tip Jar" feature for voluntary in-app purchases to support the developer. These do not unlock additional features. All donations are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Donations are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for providing the App's services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or reverse engineer the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, graphics, and branding are the property of BRAND ERP, LLC d/b/a aka0 Labs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF EARNINGS DATA OR CALCULATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
